“I was seen for a consult appointment, having received ketamine infusions since 2019 at another clinic out of state. Stephanie Lovett was incredibly rude and judgemental. I spent the whole appointment feeling like I was inconveniencing her. She made some judgments about my lifestyle that made me very uncomfortable. She clearly was out of her depth (I am on the more complex side of patients) and lacked the depth of knowledge I am used to seeing with anesthesia and psychiatry based practices. Ultimately she said she would not take me as a patient due to my complexity but in all honesty I was so uncomfortable with the experience I would not have chosen her. I had heard about waybridge through a friend who worked with Dr.Koenig at Methodist Women's, but clearly the practice has gone downhill since she sold it. It seems the medical director is out of state and that the nurse practitioners handling the day to day operations are having issues, as I have seen several reviews similar to mine”

“Terrible terrible!! The intake person hung up on me..I called back and she said I was being abusive which is a lie! I just was saying that not every case is a cookie cutter situation...she never even asked if I was suicidal or had a plan. I asked to speak the manager or MD and she was very rude telling me they were not available. I asked for a call back by the MD and she again was very rude!! I'm she she just ignored my request. If this is how you handle people in depression then I guess you would be better off than get any support from this place!! See the response from the "owner" below. Your intake process has no clinic steps- purely admin work. Your intake person is not even medically trained. It is rich that you do not address the unacceptable behavior from your employee. Your admin person did not even talk about what do to in a crisis such as call or text 988. She JUST HUNG UP ON ME!! The "owner" did not even address if I am going to receive a call back as per my request. Only more evidence that this is only a business for money with no regard to the human person. NEVER NEVER CALL OR GO THERE!!! There are other options!”

“I was having great success with Dr Parker until they got all new staff and she was no longer there. I went through 4 sessions with her and she established an effective baseline When new staff started they lowered my dosage without informing me and my sessions were no longer effective and the experience was not good. I would not recommend to anyone. I expressed my frustration and concern .to staff but felt completely unheard and disregarded.”
